BRANDING, GRAPHIC DESIGN & APPAREL DESIGN

Introduction
Freshmen15 is a popular food blog on Instagram, which targets primarily college students. In spring of 2016, I was hired by the Freshmen15, LLC to take on the project of branding the company and shaping its identity.

My Role
Through research, conception, development, and execution, I worked with the Freshmen15 team to develop their ideal logo design. I also designed some other imagery for the company, such as the Freshmen15 Fast Facts Sheet, a stat sheet which the team uses when communicating with clients. In 2017, I also assisted the team with a set of t-shirt designs they were releasing for purchase to their followers.

Outcome
Since Freshmen15's brand identity was established, the account has gained over 60,000 followers and has been featured in The New York Times, Teen Vogue, USA Today College, and Elle UK. The owners of the account have also been offered 4-figure marketing deals from vendors interested in promoting their products on their instagram page and have made thousands through selling their merchandise.
